Can the design and layout of the cards be personalized?

Yes, all aspects of the design, including the wording, cover paper, insert paper, ribbon, and layout can be customized to your liking. Simply send us an email with your desired wording.

How do I go about placing my order and paying for it?

We recommend ordering through our website, but you can also place your order via email and make payment via bank transfer or PayPal.

When is full payment required for my order?

Full payment is requested once you have approved the PDF of your design. Please note that we will only send your order to the printers once full payment has been received.

What information should I use as a reference when making a transfer?

We ask that you include your name and the product type as the reference, for example, [Name/Surname + Product Type] such as Invite/Book/Table Plan, etc.

When will I receive a digital proof of my design?

We will send you a digital colour proof of your design via email for your approval once full payment or a non-refundable £200 deposit has been paid. Please check all details carefully, especially the spelling of names and dates. Digital proofs take 2-3 working days to be sent.

When will my full order be shipped out?

We aim to ship all orders within 15 working days after you have accepted the proof. We will notify you when your order is being fulfilled and provide you with a tracking number. During busy periods like December - April, please allow for longer fulfillment times.

Can a design be used for both day and night guests, but with different wording?

Yes, most of our invitations can be used as both day and evening invites with different wording. Some designs have their own evening design, in which case you can order either one. Please note that we have a minimum order of 30 units for some designs, and 50 units for others.

Do I have to assemble the cards myself?

No, the cards come fully assembled as seen in the pictures, so you can enjoy them right away.

How can I personalize my invites?

To personalize your invites, let us know your preferences through email at post@cedfina.com or by filling out the order form during checkout. Unless otherwise specified, we will use the default font, wording color, spacing, etc. as seen in the product picture.

Do you offer printing in other languages?

Yes, we can print in any language you prefer. We have previously done orders in languages such as Arabic, Chinese, Taiwanese, Norwegian, Swedish, French, Italian, German, Polish, Spanish, Russian and others.

What color options are available for the invites?

The color options vary depending on the invite. Please send us an email to check stock availability at post@cedfina.com. We can print the wording in any color.

If I place an order for the main invite online, will I be contacted about different font types?

If you do not request a specific font type, we will use the default font for your order. We will not send additional emails unless it is absolutely necessary in order to streamline the process and allow you to focus on planning your wedding.

Can the inside of the product be customized and personalized?

Yes, all of our products can be customized and personalized on both the inside and outside.

Do the invites come with envelopes?

Yes, all personalized orders come with envelopes unless otherwise stated.

Is there a cost for the envelopes?

The standard plain white or cream envelopes that complement the design are included in the order at no extra charge. However, if you prefer envelopes in different colors, there will be an additional cost of £0.65 per envelope. Additionally, if you would like a liner for the envelope, the cost is £0.50 per liner.

Can guest addresses be printed on the RSVP and invite envelopes?

Yes, it is possible to have the pre-printed guest addresses on both the RSVP and invite envelopes, but this service comes at an additional cost.

 Can you confirm the postage service that you use please?

I just need to know If these will need signing for? Samples are sent out via Royal Mail 1st Class Large Letter. No signage needed. Personalised Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail and Hermes depending on delivery service chosen for your parcel. It will need signing for. Rush orders are shipped via overnight UPS 24h delivery. It will need signing for.

Please let me know how to pay for the courier fees.

Any additional shipping charges should be sent to us through our standard options: Our Website or Paypal. Our cost does not cover import taxes.

Do you know approximately what the print timescale and delivery will be?

After approval of digital proof: 15 working days production + 4 working days shipping. Please note that delivery delays might occur during busy periods. Production and processing time excludes Bank Holidays and weekends. We will notify you when your order is being fulfilled and provide you with tracking number for shipping.

What is the expected delivery time for non-EU Countries?
