General Provisions Clients of www.cedfina.com are required to review the regulations and their agreement to them is confirmed by placing an order. This document constitutes an agreement between the customer and Cedfina.com.

Quotes

When making a deposit payment, a quote detailing the prices and costs will be provided on the day of the commission. This quote is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance and can be accepted in writing (email is accepted) within this period. To avoid misunderstandings, acceptance must be received in writing within this time frame. Quotes are based on the information provided in writing prior to their creation and assumes no additional or unusual circumstances. Changes to the order not covered by the quote will not bind Cedfina.com unless accepted in writing. Cedfina.com reserves the right to request additional payments for changes requiring extra work.

Terms of Use:

2.1 Using Cedfina.com's online store signifies acceptance of these regulations in full. The website and logo are the property of Cedfina.com and are legally protected. Materials on the website including texts, graphics, and photos cannot be copied or used without permission.

2.2 Only customers who have completed the order form or registered and are familiar with the regulations may place orders on the website. To create an individual customer account, complete the registration form.

2.3 Customer personal data and email addresses provided during registration will be used to fulfill, process, and deliver orders to the correct address. By accepting the regulations, the customer consents to receiving information via email.

2.4 Cedfina.com reserves the right to terminate a customer's account for non-compliance with regulations or in the event of termination of cooperation with a given customer.

2.5 Cedfina.com reserves the right to store data related to the customer, including data entered during registration and account history, even after a customer's account has been deleted.

 

Order Submission and Completion Process

3.1 The contract is concluded when the customer delivers all necessary files and data to complete the order.

3.3 Orders are handled promptly and accurately. Completion time aligns with the information on the Cedfina.com website, but may be extended in special circumstances with prior customer notification. Cedfina.com reserves the right to update these terms at any time and will inform you of any changes.

3.4 Tolerance for deviation from the ordered product to the received product is 3mm.

3.5 Cedfina.com is not responsible for delays caused by improper customer file preparation. The delivery time starts from the moment the correct files are delivered.

3.6 Cedfina.com is not liable for delays during peak periods (Jan-March). Delivery dates listed on the website are estimated.

3.8 Completed orders are shipped to the address provided during registration or when placing an order.

3.9 For a VAT invoice, include the request and subject information in the order comments. If not noted, a VAT invoice based on a receipt can only be issued if the receipt is delivered to Cedfina.com office within 7 days from receipt date.

 

Materials for Printing

4.1 The Client is fully responsible for legal defects arising from the content and format of files provided for printing, including any violation of third-party rights. The Customer declares that the files sent are virus-free and will not cause software or hardware malfunction. Cedfina.com is not responsible for improperly preparing files for printing.

4.2 Orders will be printed as they were received by Cedfina.com. Poor print quality resulting from the parameters of the files received will not be the responsibility of Cedfina.com. Issues caused by low file resolution, degree of compression, incorrect use of color profiles, or lack of remarks in the order cannot be reported.

4.3 Due to the variety of monitors and differences in color display, prints may vary in color compared to what the Customer sees on their monitor. The various color profiles used by printing machines also result in color differences between prints, photo prints, and home printer photo prints. Therefore, Cedfina.com will not be responsible for issues arising from poor monitor calibration or incorrect color profile selection by the Customer.

Forms of Payment

5.1 Customers may choose the payment method when placing an order: bank transfer or PayPal.

5.2 Bank transfer payments (order value: item cost + shipping cost) should be made to the Cedfina.com account indicated after placing the order. The product will be shipped after payment has been credited to our account. In special cases, if we cannot process the order (e.g., out of stock), the full amount will be promptly returned to the Customer's account.

5.3 PayPal payments can be made by direct bank transfer from the Customer's bank or by payment card + transaction fee cost.

Delivery

6.1 Delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs will vary based on the selected payment method.

6.3 Cedfina.com takes care to package all items securely to ensure safe transit, but cannot be held responsible for late delivery, loss, or damage during shipping. The customer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss once the item is in transit.

6.4 Before collecting the package, inspect it for any signs of damage or tampering. The customer has the right to inspect the contents of the package in the presence of the courier after signing the consignment note. If the items are mechanically damaged or do not match the order, ask the courier to record the damage in a report which will be used for any complaints. Only complaints supported by a report signed by the courier will be considered.

6.5 All courier-delivered packages will require a signature upon receipt.

Complaints

At Cedfina.com, we understand the importance of delivering high-quality products that meet your expectations. If there are errors in the text of invitations/additions, complaints will only be considered if the printed version differs from the project accepted by the customer. In such a case, the customer has to inform us by email within 48h-72h of delivery/arrival of goods and send the items back (at their own expense) within 8 days of delivery. We will work on resolving the matter and making replacements if necessary.

It is important to note that all our products are bespoke and made to order, so we are unable to offer refunds. If your items are damaged or there are any issues, please inform us as soon as possible by email. To make a complaint, the customer must check the package upon receipt and complete a damage report in the event of damage or shortages of goods caused by the courier company. We will review complaints within 14 business days of receiving the shipment with the returned products.

Please be aware that color differences between the project viewed on the monitor and the finished printout may occur due to technical reasons (such as differences between RGB and CMYK mapping, individual monitor settings) and cannot be the subject of a complaint. Individual hand-made invitations and accessories may also differ slightly and cannot be the subject of a complaint.

At Cedfina.com, we make every effort to obtain the best possible color reproduction on customer’s work but variation is inherent in the print process. We cannot guarantee an exact match in color or texture between the customer’s photograph, transparency, proof, electronic graphic file, or any other materials supplied by the customer and the printed article the subject of the customer’s order.

We are committed to making every effort to ensure that our products are of the highest possible level.

Withdrawal from the Agreement & Cancellations

10.1 Once an order is placed online and drafts are commissioned we will not accept any cancelations or refunds.

A refund of 50% will be granted if no artworks have been started but order has been placed. 

10.3 Any deposit payments made towards your order are non-refundable and are credited towards the work commissioned - if Bespoke Fee is paid for this also is a non refundable fee to commence digital artworks and consultations.

10.4 Upon order placed on basis of quantities, Cedfina.com reserves the right to only alter the order within + 10 or - 10 in quantities.

 

Final Provisions & Marketing

11.1 The Client declares that they have read these terms and conditions, accepts its provisions, and undertakes to comply with them. In matters not covered by these terms and conditions, the applicable laws will apply.

11.2 Cedfina.com reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without informing its clients.

11.3 The service can only be used by an adult who is 18 years or older and has full legal capacity.

11.4 Cedfina.com reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. For new orders, the current terms and conditions can be found on the website. For orders in progress, the terms and conditions from the date of the order will be binding.

11.5 By starting cooperation, the customer fully accepts these terms and conditions.

11.6 Personal data is processed only for the purpose of completing the order, and Cedfina.com does not use it for any other purpose.

11.7 Cedfina.com reserves the right to publish any designs printed for social media, advertising, marketing, and promotional materials on the Internet, with the personal data removed.
